This is a mixture of water-reflections and the remains of a spider-web. What i especially like about that photo are those reflections in the right top corner, which somehow look like another web, one made only of sunbeams. Enjoy!

F45 - The Web by markus71 may not be perfectly focused - and may not posses other technical merits, however its an incredible photograph anyway. the abstract imagery is incredible - the vertical lines formed by the reflections in the water, the spider web that's uniting the image - all of it makes for a great photograph.
